duncanFebruary 2017 – New Study Director for ResChem Analytical

ResChem Analytical are pleased to announce that Duncan Brown has been promoted to the role of Study Director.

Duncan joined ResChem Analytical in May 2016 as an Analytical Chemist having previously worked at a large CRO for over 6 years.  Duncan worked as an Analytical Chemist on GLP studies in their pesticide residue laboratory in combination with his role as an Operator Exposure Scientist. Duncan has a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Loughborough.

As part of our strategic growth plan ResChem Analytical have opened a new fully equipped sample preparation laboratory at the Derwent Business Centre. The new laboratory also includes an additional freezer storage area.

The investment shows continued commitment from ResChem Analytical, allowing us to accommodate larger work volumes in order meet the growing demands of our clients.

5500 LC-MS/MS system

ResChem Analytical have enhanced their analytical capabilities by purchasing an AB Sciex 5500 LC-MS/MS system.  The 5500 triple quad mass spectrometer is designed to deliver high levels of sensitivity and robustness in even the most complex of matrices.

The purchase represents a significant investment for ResChem Analytical and together with our existing API4000 LC-MS/MS adds additional capacity to our expanding laboratory.


stuartJuly 2016 – New Study Director for ResChem Analytical

ResChem Analytical are pleased to announce that Stuart Brown has been promoted to the role of Study Director.

Stuart graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2011 with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Analytical Chemistry. Before joining ResChem Analytical in October 2015, Stuart worked as an Analytical Chemist on GLP studies for a large CRO in their pesticide residue laboratory where he gained experience as a Study Director.
